Frank Sinatra sang it and Paul Anka wrote it—but most of us have thought it at one time or another. Since few of us want to be focused on regrets when the years and days are being counted down, it's a good idea to plan ahead.
This short AARP piece on our top five regrets makes for sober reading, especially if you're a workaholic or a procrastinator or find yourself too busy to keep in touch with friends or express your feelings to a loved one. Their advice to say it, do it, and stop and take the time to ensure you and those you meet along the way can enjoy a little more happiness.
